Damaged products should be removed from use immediately.

6. ORDERS


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.


Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.


This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.


A contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched.


Kizzie & Co reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders where pricing errors occur
  • Cancel orders where products are unavailable
  • Limit quantities purchased


Should a cancellation occur, a full refund will be provided.


7. PAYMENT


We accept payment through approved payment providers available at checkout.


All transactions are securely processed.


Kizzie & Co does not store full payment card information.


8. DELIVERY


Delivery times are estimates only.


While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Supply chain disruptions


Kizzie & Co shall not be liable for delays outside our reasonable control.


Risk in products passes to the customer upon delivery.


Ownership remains with Kizzie & Co until full payment has been received.


9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS


Change of Mind Returns


Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving goods.


To qualify:


  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging where possible.


Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.


Faulty or Damaged Products


If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:


  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide photographs where possible.
  • We may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund.


Where products are confirmed faulty, Kizzie & Co will cover reasonable return postage costs.

  • Products are returned without reasonable care.
